Review the service description, minimum, maximum, link requirements, refill period, and cancellation availability before confirming an order.
If an order is canceled, fails, or is eligible for a provider refund, the system may credit the eligible amount back to your Royal SMM balance. Completed delivery is not refundable merely because the target later changes.
Where a service supports refill, submit the request from the Orders page while the refill window is active. Refill approval and timing depend on the provider terms shown for that service.
Keep the order ID and payment reference when contacting support so we can investigate efficiently.
